Moburst review

Is Moburst a good UGC agency?

Worth a look if you want UGC alongside ASO, paid UA and app work from one large agency, with clients like Uber and Calm. UGC is a small part of the offer: no UGC case studies, network size or pricing are published.

What's good

  • Deep app growth bench: ASO, paid UA, app development
  • Clients include Uber, Calm, Reddit and Samsung
  • 10-day UGC turnaround including revisions
  • Offices in the US, Europe and Israel

What to watch

  • None of its 47 case studies is explicitly a UGC program
  • No creator network size, pricing or usage terms
  • UGC page leans on industry stats, not its own results
  • UGC buyers get a small slice of a large agency

The verdict

Moburst is a mobile-first growth agency, with its first office in New York and others across the US, Europe and Israel. It works with clients including Uber, Calm, Reddit and Samsung, and UGC is one of many services next to ASO, paid user acquisition and app development.

That breadth is the reason to hire it and the reason to be careful. It publishes 47 case studies, but none is explicitly a UGC program; its Shopkick result, an 87% drop in CPI, came from more authentic TikTok content without calling it creator work. It does not publish its creator network size, pricing or usage terms.

It fits an app that wants one agency for app store, paid and creative. A buyer who mainly needs UGC will find better evidence elsewhere on this list.
