What to watch

- Creator markets shown are US, Canada and UK only
- Pack funds expire after 12 months
The verdict
Billo is a self-serve UGC marketplace. You write a brief, creators apply, and finished videos arrive 7-12 days after the creator gets your product. It says 37,000+ brands have used it and that its creators have made ads behind 1.41M Meta campaigns.
Its price is the most transparent here. A 15-second video from a regular creator starts at $99, and prepaid packs start at $1,000 for up to 10 videos. Longer videos, premium creators and add-ons like extra hooks raise the price, and add-on prices are only shown inside the brief builder.
It also publishes named results, which most marketplaces do not: Flex Mobile cut CAC from $220 to under $75, and Filterbuy saw a 9x lift in CTR. The catch is effort. Below its $2,000-a-month managed tier, strategy, briefs and ad buying are all on you.
