How we score UGC agencies
One rubric for every agency, with the weights published so you can re-derive any score. Results carry the most weight, because results are what you are paying for.
The rubric
Each agency scores 0-10 on five criteria. The overall is the weighted mean.
Published results · 30% of the score
Specific, named outcomes the agency publishes: views, installs, sales, CPA, retention. Named clients and numbers score high. Vague claims and logo walls score low.
Creative quality · 22% of the score
How native the work looks on TikTok and Reels, the range of formats shown, and whether hooks and scripts are built to be tested, not just filmed.
Value and pricing clarity · 18% of the score
Whether prices are published, what a usable video really costs once usage rights and revisions are counted, and how heavy the commitment is.
Creators and markets · 15% of the score
Size and quality of the creator pool, and how many countries and languages it covers natively.
Service and fit · 15% of the score
How much of the work the agency runs for you (strategy, briefs, posting, reporting) and how well it fits the buyer it says it serves.
How we research
We read each agency's own site: pricing pages, service pages, case studies and FAQs. If a price, creator count or result is not published, we say so and leave it out. A missing price costs points on value, because you cannot compare what you cannot see.
Published results are the agency's own claims. We score them on how specific and checkable they are: a named client with a number beats a logo wall.
Every page shows when it was last updated. Facts were last checked in November 2026. See about for who publishes the site.
