Rubric breakdown
The five weighted criteria behind the 7.5.
What's good
- Judged on conversions and retention, not on views
- Founder grew and sold his own app on the same playbook
- Native creators in each market, not one pool shipped everywhere
- Creator fees included in the published price
What to watch
- $10,000 a month is a real commitment for an early-stage brand
- Organic-first: not the pick if you want a large paid-media buying team
- Not built for a one-off batch of videos
The verdict
Agniverse Media is a managed UGC agency built by an operator. Founder An Nayal built Flamme, a consumer app, grew it to 53M organic views and 200K retained users with no paid spend, and sold it to Arya. The agency runs the same playbook for other apps and brands.
The difference is what it is judged on. Most UGC agencies report views and deliverables. Agniverse reports conversions first, then retention, because the founder had to make installs stick in his own app before he sold the method to anyone else. Its published client result, 190K conversions from 338 videos in seven weeks, is the kind of number most agencies on this list do not publish.
Creators are native to each market it covers, across the US, the UK, Europe, Australia, Canada and India, so the content sounds like the buyer made it. The trade-off is price and scope: the published floor is $10,000 a month, and it is an organic program, not a one-off batch or a paid-media desk.
